Chakra Balancing Saunas
Elaisa has as many as four saunas, all attuned to the seven main human chakras.
Each sauna is home to one or two significant crystals in connection with the specific chakras.

Temazcal
The Temazcal is unique in the Benelux and is guided in a traditional way. It connects you to the earth and your true self. For this Mexican sweat lodge, you are ceremonially prepared around the fire. An unforgettable and profound experience!
Laconium
In the Laconium, under the Egyptian Zodiac of Denderah and under the watchful eye of the goddess Hathor, one can enjoy all that an Ottoman Hammam has to offer.
This room, with a temperature of 40° C, features a large white marble basin, with large bowls of water at the four corners. The Ottoman Hammam treatment, an authentic cleansing ritual originating in the Roman Empire, is given here, as well as the Hathor ritual with vibrating singing bowls and Sitrums, singing and Aloe Vera in the steam bath. With its fantastic acoustics, the Laconium is ideal for experiencing sound intensely.
Steam baths
A lower temperature than a traditional sauna, but with higher humidity.
This means the steam bath has a pleasant effect on your breathing.
