A Celtic-inspired Moon Ritual of harvest, balance and return
The light is shifting now, and you can feel the season changing with it.
We meet in the heat at that point where summer starts to loosen its grip and autumn slowly moves in. Through steam, scent and the rhythm of the sauna, we work with what has grown, what is still worth carrying, and what feels ready to be put down.
Mabon gives us a simple image for that movement. Something disappears, something is searched for, and something eventually returns. That is the journey we follow through the ritual as we move toward balance and into the darker part of the year.
