As the ancient Norse month of Harpa begins, we invite you into the meeting point between ice and fire.
This is the part of spring where winter has lost its grip, water begins to flow and flowers grow. The light has returned—but the body is still remembering the cold.
This is not the peak of spring.
This is the moment where life returns to movement.
Whether you come to release, to reset, or simply to feel your body come alive again—this is your space to thaw, to breathe, and to return.
On 24 & 25 April, three sauna masters from Nordic Health Living from Denmark will provide fragrance and heat diffusion in the sauna with their passion and herbal knowledge. This will involve organic herbs, essential oils and live music. All this to make the sauna experience as special as possible for you. A benefactor for mind, body and soul!
