Alban Hefin | Celtic Moon Sauna Rituals
Alban Hefin | Celtic Moon Sauna Ritual
Join us for Alban Hefin | The Light of Summer, a celtic midsummer gathering to honour the sun at its highest point, the sweetness of summer, and the quiet turning of the year.
At Alban Hefin, the light stands at its peak. Nature is full, fragrant and alive. Flowers are open, herbs are strong, fire is bright, and the body remembers warmth, vitality and belonging.
This ritual weekend invites you into the golden threshold between solar fullness and lunar softness. Through heat, scent, steam, movement, water and stillness, we celebrate the abundance of life and ask:
What is ready to be seen?
What is growing in me?
What may I offer to the fire?
What sweetness do I want to carry into the second half of the year?
Let the sun awaken you.
Let the fire strengthen you.
Let the flowers soften you.
Let the moon gather you.
Let yourself return to life in full bloom.
This ritual on June 26 & 27 invites you to connect with the cycles of nature and your own inner light. Together, we honor the awakening of nature and the vibrant energy of Arban Hefin.
