Sesame and almond oil are used during the Shirodhara treatment. This treatment is therefore not suitable for people with a nut allergy.
The Ayurvedic massage with its long flowing movements removes both physical and mental ballast. An authentic oil flow or “Shirodhara” is attached to it, giving your nervous system a real rejuvenating treatment.
Shirodhara literally means “a stream over the head”. Shirodhara, in which heated oil flows over the forehead at a slow, steady rhythm while the marma points on the head are gently touched, is an extremely pleasant and profound conclusion to this intense treatment.
This treatment is highly recommended for mental fatigue and tension-related complaints.
