in June, we invite you to experience the healing power of music and sound at Elaisa for yourself. The highlight of the month is the Summer Solstice Celebration.

Music connects us. It touches something deep within us, making emotions tangible and creating a shared experience. Sounds help you to get closer to yourself by tuning into your body, feelings and thoughts. Immerse yourself in live music and unique sound experiences spread throughout the Elaisa grounds. Feel the resonating tones within your body, the rhythms that energise you, and the subtle vibrations that, although inaudible, can be felt. Harmonious sounds and unconventional scales alike can bring the body to rest. Our energy centres, the chakras, respond to these vibrations: high tones stimulate the crown chakra, while low tones activate the root chakra. In this way, the seven energy points can be brought into balance — simply through the power of sound.

Meditating with live music helps you achieve complete calm by lowering your heart rate and allowing you to think of nothing else for a moment. It’s an ideal combination for focusing on your breathing and noticing the relaxation that arises within your body.

The Hathor ritual gives you the unique sensation of sound literally pulsing through your body. In the Laconium with its fantastic acoustics, you will experience sound intensely, standing in a vibrating singing bowl. During the session, we will use singing and one of the oldest instruments from Ancient Egypt: Sistrums. These ancient vibrations bring you back to your essence.

Experience a profound sound bath in our High Frequency room. As you lie on beautiful lava stone tables, gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks create a strong connection between your body, the heavens, the earth, and your own body. A wonderful duo sound journey interwoven with the beautiful high frequencies of sound and crystal.

The Power of Mantra Chanting

By rhythmically repeating a word or phrase from a mantra, you set in motion certain vibrations within your body that the sounds produce. The vibrations generated by a mantra spread throughout your entire body. Emotions stored within the body can also be released and “cleansed” through a mantra.

The 9D Breathwork session is an immersive sound and healing experience that combines breathing techniques with multidimensional 9D sounds. Healing frequencies such as binaural beats, Solfeggio 396Hz, and harmonizing 432Hz bring the body and mind into deep relaxation and heightened awareness.

Experience a profound melodic concert of harmonizing sounds and songs from the heart. Your body enters a meditative state as it resonates.
