Beltane ‘Ignite the Fire of Becoming’ | A Rite of Flame & Vitality
As the ancient Celtic festival of Beltane rises, we step into the threshold between spring and summer—where life surges, fire awakens, and the world pulses with vitality.
This is the season of ignition.
Of warmth returning to the body.
Of desire, movement, and the quiet courage to step forward.
At Beltane, the old fires are extinguished, and new sacred flames are lit—honoring renewal, fertility, and the living force that moves through all things. In this ritual, you are invited to enter that fire consciously.
Through guided sauna, breath, heat, and scent, we work with the elemental dialogue of flame and steam—clearing what lingers, activating what is ready, and amplifying the inner spark that seeks expression.
On 8 & 9 May, three sauna masters from Nordic Health Living from Denmark will provide fragrance and heat diffusion in the sauna with their passion and herbal knowledge. This will involve organic herbs, essential oils and live music. All this to make the sauna experience as special as possible for you. A benefactor for mind, body and soul!
