Ostara – Spring Equinox | Sauna Rituals
Ostara - Spring Equinox | Sauna Ritual
A Moment of Balance. A Breath of Renewal.
Twice a year, the earth pauses in perfect equilibrium. Day and night stand equal, light and darkness meeting in harmony. The Spring Equinox marks the quiet turning toward warmth, growth, and the awakening of life.
In this seasonal sauna ritual at Elaisa Wellness, we honor this ancient threshold through heat, steam, scent, and presence. Guided through a carefully composed ritual journey, you are invited to slow down, reconnect, and align with the rhythm of nature.
Join us in welcoming the light.
This ritual on the 20 & 21 March invites you to connect with the cycles of nature and your own inner light. Together we honour the awakening of nature and the vibrant energy of Ostara.
