Celtic Full Moon Sauna Rituals
Four prominent Danish infusion masters from Nordic Health & Living will take you on a journey with the Celtic Full Moon Ritual. Immerse yourself in a unique sauna experience with five consecutive top-quality infusions performed by these talented infusion masters. This 2.5-hour session will bring you into contact with the magic of the moon and let you experience the power of herbs and scents.
Live Music Aufguss
During the Live Music Aufguss sessions, award-winning international guest Aufguss masters will perform world-class Aufguss sessions. Each of these unique sessions will be accompanied live by musicians who intuitively improvise to the energy and theme of the moment. This creates a special synergy between sound, warmth and movement — an experience that will touch you deeply.

Winter solstice
On the night of the shortest day of the year, we celebrate the winter solstice, an ancient symbol of hope and rebirth. From this moment on, the days become longer again, and light conquers darkness. This is a time for self-reflection, to let go of what no longer serves you and make room for new intentions.
At Elaisa, you can experience this special day with a unique 40-minute light meditation session called “Find your Spark”. In the deep darkness of the Temazcal, you will be guided by the healing sounds of singing bowls as you rekindle your inner light and experience an energetic cleansing.
