Besides the Avalon Sauna, you will find the new Cryo Sauna (-120°C), the Cold Bath (6°C) and the impressive Celtic monoliths, carefully arranged in a sacred circle.
AVALON is a legendary island from Celtic mythology. It is often associated with the Arthurian legend and is described as the place to which King Arthur was taken after his death.
There are different versions of the legend of Avalon, but most stories describe it as a place of rest and healing. Some stories suggest that Avalon was also inhabited by fairies and other supernatural creatures. It was a place of spiritual power and mystical significance for the Celts.
The exact location of the island of Avalon is unknown and it is still a source of mystery and fascination for many people.
