General house rules

Elaisa Wellness’ house rules, as shown below, are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. If you agree to these General Terms and Conditions at the time of booking, you also agree to the house rules contained therein.

The purpose of these house rules is to ensure safety, tranquility and hygiene when visiting all the facilities of Elaisa Energetic Wellness. In order to guarantee all our visitors a pleasant stay, all visitors are obliged to respect and comply to these house rules.

Anyone who is a guest in any of our facilities is deemed to have read these rules prior to each visit.

Elaisa Wellness has the right to ban any person who does not comply with the house rules from entering the facility.

 

HOUSE RULES

  • The house rules apply to all Elaisa Wellness facilities.
  • In order to maintain tranquility, provide the best service to our guests and ensure safety in the wellness, no more than 400 visitors are allowed.
  • All visitors must sign in at the front desk of Elaisa Wellness. To ensure security within Elaisa Wellness, all visitors are registered and/or checked in via identity card (E-ID). Without presentation of identification card, a visitor cannot use the facilities.
  • Elaisa Wellness may impose additional requirements regarding the visitor’s personal hygiene and clothing prior to granting access to the facilities. Taking care of personal hygiene (for example, brushing teeth, shaving, coloring hair, etc.) is not permitted in Elaisa Wellness facilities.
  • Instructions regarding safety, hygiene and the use of our services from Elaisa Wellness staff must be followed at all times.
  • To maintain silence, mobile phones, tablets and laptops are not allowed in the complex.
  • Bags and purses are not allowed in the complex. Please use the lockers provided for this purpose.
  • Because of GDPR privacy legislation, it is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones/cameras throughout the wellness complex. These will be stored in the lockers.
  • It is not allowed to take photos or videos inside the entire wellness complex, nor is it allowed to publish images related to Elaisa Wellness via social media channels or other online and/or offline channels. If this does happen, Elaisa Wellness reserves the right to have the image and/or video material removed. Taking and publishing photos or videos can only be done with the express permission of Elaisa Wellness.
  • Bathrobes and towels can be rented at the front desk (only included in the price if this is mentioned in a fixed package and/or included in the reservation).
  • Wearing a bathrobe is mandatory in Elaisa Wellness. You can rent these at our reception or you may bring your own bathrobe.
  • Bathrobe (and swimwear on swimwear days) is mandatory when entering the restaurant. No other clothing is allowed.
  • Wearing a burka or burkini and/or swimming trunks below the knee or long-sleeved swimwear are not allowed in the wellness complex.
  • The reservation of sun beds is not allowed.
  • We ask guests to respect silence throughout the building.
  • Entering the wellness complex with shoes, boots or other footwear is prohibited. Wearing non-slip bathing slippers is mandatory when moving around the wellness complex. Slippers can be purchased at reception. Saunas and baths must be entered barefoot.
  • Bathing suits are not allowed in the sauna area (except on bathing suit days).
  • Mandatory use of towels in saunas and hammam.
  • Before using our sauna complex, you must first take a shower. Also after each visit to the sauna, infrared, toilet or steam bath, you must first take a shower before entering the whirlpool or swimming pool.
  • It is absolutely prohibited to swim in the lake without a licensed supervisor from Elaisa Wellness, to dive in the pools and to enter and/or use the outdoor (swimming) pools during thunderstorms or lightning.
  • The executive staff and management are also authorised to ban present guests from Elaisa Wellness (intoxication, disorder, non-compliance with these house rules, and so on).
  • Own beverages and food are not allowed in our complex. Food and beverages can only be consumed in the restaurant. It is therefore prohibited to consume beverages or food in our saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools or swimming pools.
  • We ask everyone to respect all visitors and refrain from aggressive or racist behaviour, unwanted or desired intimacies, insults, intoxication or physical violence. Visitors who do not comply with this must leave the facilities immediately at Elaisa Wellness’ first request, without any compensation or damages.
  • During their stay, each visitor is given a wristband to close his/her locker and register all expenditures. It is compulsory to wear the wristband during the entire visit to our complex. If the wristband is lost, an amount equal to the value of the entrance fee will be charged.
  • At Elaisa Wellness you can pay for any additional services, products or consumptions on site by bancontact or credit card, especially on departure.
  • The entire building is non-smoking. There is a smoking area outside the complex.
  • Children are admitted from the age of 12.
  • Children up to 16 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • It is not allowed to add products to the swimming pool, jacuzzi or saunas.
  • Pets are not allowed.
