An authentic sweat lodge experience in Belgium for those who want to slow down, let go, and reconnect with themselves.

The Temazcal, also known as a sweat lodge, is an ancient ritual inspired by traditions from Mexico, including the Maya and Mexica cultures.
It is a ceremonial experience of letting go, renewal, and inner reflection. In the warmth of the lodge, sustained by the fire and the stones, you are invited to slow down and return to your own rhythm.

At Elaisa, we guide you through a profound yet accessible experience where body and mind come together.

During this ceremony, we embark on a journey to the essence of who you are. Through breathing, meditation, and surrender, space is created for release and renewed energy, allowing you to reconnect with yourself.

Live sounds—such as drums, voices, and instruments—support this process and help you sink deeper into the experience.

Each temazcal proceeds in rounds (also called “doors”), alternating between heat, silence, and guidance.

There is no performance or expectation: your experience is personal and unfolds at your own pace.

We offer various forms of temazcal, each with its own rhythm and intensity, ranging from an introductory session to a more in-depth journey.

Temazcal, Two Rounds (90 min. – €39.00)

Accessible sweat lodge experience

Our daily temazcal with two rounds is ideal as a first introduction or as a regular reset. You’ll experience the essence of the ritual: warmth, silence, and connection with yourself and the group. Through gentle guidance, meditation, and live sounds, you’ll find peace, creating space for letting go and renewed energy. This format is suitable for both beginners and experienced participants who wish to deepen their practice in an accessible way.

Moon Temazcal, Three Rounds (90 min. – €39.00)

With three rounds, there is more space to sink deeper into the process. This ceremony supports you in attuning to natural rhythms and brings added depth to your experience.

Temazcal of the Four Directions, Four Rounds (150 min. – €44.00)

Four rounds, for those familiar with temazcal – An in-depth sweat lodge ceremony

Every two months, we organize a special temazcal with four rounds, inspired by the cycle of the four cardinal directions. Within our temazcal practice, we move through different rhythms: the daily sessions with two rounds, the lunar editions with three rounds, and this ceremony in which the wheel is traversed in its entirety. Each of these formats carries its own dynamic, tailored to a different moment and a different intention. While the shorter rhythms guide you toward relaxation and release, this four-part ceremony creates the space to delve deeper into the process. Each round touches a different layer, and together they unfold an inner journey that requires time and attention. This ceremony is intended for those who already have experience with the temazcal and are familiar with the intensity of the ritual. Four rounds require not only physical stamina but also the willingness to remain present in whatever arises. We ask that you approach this day mindfully: avoid alcohol, eat lightly, and give yourself the space to slow down and attune yourself.

The Temazcal of the Four Directions is not a step forward, but a circle that closes, sustained by the power of the directions and the wisdom of the fire.
