Triple Deep Tissue Massage

This massage cannot be booked as a duo.

The Triple Deep Tissue Massage is a variation of the classic Deep Tissue Massage, focusing on the deeper muscle layers. This ‘triple’ variation refers to a massage that treats three layers of tension and muscles: first, the superficial muscle layers are addressed to loosen and warm them up. Then the massage focuses on the middle muscle layers, applying firm and targeted pressure. Finally, it goes even deeper, using intense pressure and specific techniques to relieve tension in the deepest muscle layers.

This type of massage can help with chronic muscle tension, injury recovery and improving flexibility. However, it can feel quite intense, especially if you are not used to deep massages. After a Triple Deep Tissue Massage, guests often feel very relaxed, but may also experience mild muscle pain due to the intensity of the treatment.

When should I not undergo a deep tissue massage?

A triple deep tissue massage is not suitable if you suffer from chronic stress, acute inflammation, open wounds, brittle bones or recent bone fractures, tumours or an abdominal hernia (abdominal wall hernia). We do not offer triple deep tissue massage to pregnant women. If you have recently undergone surgery or chemotherapy, it is advisable to consult your doctor before booking a triple deep tissue massage.

Tip

To enhance the effect of the triple deep tissue massage, it is recommended to visit a sauna before the massage, so that the general blood circulation and relaxation can already be stimulated.

After the massage, a ten-minute stay at our infrared lamps facilitates the integration of the treatment.

Remember to drink plenty of water. This will help to hydrate the muscles and get rid of waste products that have come loose during the massage.
