At Elaisa, we invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with your body. Kundalini Dance brings together rhythmic music, conscious breathing and spontaneous movement in a unique group experience. A moment to get out of your head, follow your own rhythm and give space to your life force.

The Experience

We begin with conscious breathing and grounding. Gradually, you are invited to move your body, starting with stillness and slowly allowing your movements to become freer and more dynamic, carried by live music and rhythmic instruments.

Inside the dark, warm Temazcal, which symbolises the womb of Mother Earth, you are invited to turn your attention inward. No dance experience is needed, and there are no fixed choreographies. Move in your own way, respect your personal boundaries and make space for whatever you feel in the moment.

The session draws on the principles of Shakti Movement, where free expression and the experience of life force are central. This is not an individual Kundalini Activation session, but an active group experience in which you are given the space to move and explore for yourself.

After the ritual, a refreshing dip in the lake awaits you. We then gather around the fire to reflect quietly on the experience and, for those who wish, share their thoughts and feelings over a refreshing drink.

What Makes This Experience Special?

The combination of warmth, movement, breathing and live music makes Kundalini Dance a unique way to reconnect with yourself. The sheltered environment of the Temazcal helps you temporarily let go of external distractions and focus on what is moving within you.

It is not about how you move, but about the freedom to move in whatever way feels right for you. No choreography, no expectations. Come as you are, let the rhythm carry you and discover what unfolds when you give yourself the space to move freely.
