Under the watchful eye of goddesses Freya and Elen of the Ways, the Cold Bath (-8°C) offers a refreshing experience, where the touch of the cold water brightens your body and mind.
At the end of the corridor, behind a curved door, is the entrance to the Dôme, a mystical space for contemplation, meditation and group sessions.

With a wide view of the lake and the image of the Lady of the Lake, the new Avalon Sauna reveals its vast splendour.
The deep meaning of Avalon emphasises the importance of connecting with nature, finding spiritual nourishment in the natural world, and honouring the sanctity of the earth. Lined with thousands of willow branches, the sauna exudes a natural ambience, intertwined with the surrounding nature.
Let Artistic Ancient Rituals’ magic enchant you to live music. After the sauna sessions, under the watchful eyes of Elen on the Ways, the goddess of the Forest, you can refresh yourself in the Cold Bath (8°C).
Cryotherapie

Step into the footsteps of Hippocrates and embrace an ancient tradition with modern flair. Cryotherapy, which involves temperatures of up to -120°C, promises a unique exploration for body, mind and soul. At our cryo-sauna, professionals are on hand to guide you so that you are ready for this icy adventure. You enter the first cryo-sauna at -60°C for one minute, followed by the second room where -120°C envelops you for two minutes. This cryotherapy session activates adaptive mechanisms, increases endorphin release and improves blood circulation, allowing you to experience a refreshing vitality. After the session, you feel a boost of energy and a better-tuned immune system. Your body has adapted and strengthened, contributing to increased immunity and overall well-being. Cryotherapy, from ancient to modern, offers lasting benefits for vitality and resilience.
Cold Bath
At the Avalon, under the protective eye of the goddess Freya, you will find the Cold Bath. After the refreshing ritual of a shower, it is a delight to immerse yourself in the ice bath. This invigorating experience is particularly pleasant after an intense Aufguss in the Avalon Sauna. The ice bath not only offers a wonderful way to cool down, but it also has numerous health benefits, including promoting circulation, reducing muscle pain and boosting the immune system. It is an essential element in the total wellness experience Avalon has to offer.
Avalon Dôme
Feel the magic of the new Avalon Dôme.
This particular place is located at the furthest point of the Avalon section near Elaisa and symbolises man’s inner journey. Walk through the corridor under the arch up to the Dôme. This arch represents the boat that takes you from one world to another according to the myth of Avalon.
The Dôme is designed to inspire your personal growth towards a higher light energy, increased by a waterfall of thousands of crystals.
Group sessions are held in the Dôme, including:
- Violet Flame Meditation takes you to the core of the earth in search of your inner flame.
- During the Mantra Circle, you feel the energy and vibrations of the words flowing through your body.
- Many group sessions and retreats will enjoy the Dôme energy.
