Every two months, we organize a special temazcal with four rounds, inspired by the cycle of the four cardinal directions. Within our temazcal practice, we move through different rhythms: the daily sessions with two rounds, the lunar editions with three rounds, and this ceremony in which the wheel is traversed in its entirety. Each of these formats carries its own dynamic, tailored to a different moment and a different intention. While the shorter rhythms guide you toward relaxation and release, this four-part ceremony creates the space to delve deeper into the process. Each round touches a different layer, and together they unfold an inner journey that requires time and attention. This ceremony is intended for those who already have experience with the temazcal and are familiar with the intensity of the ritual. Four rounds require not only physical stamina but also the willingness to remain present in whatever arises. We ask that you approach this day mindfully: avoid alcohol, eat lightly, and give yourself the space to slow down and attune yourself.
