Twelve international Aufguss champions will meet every year at Elaisa in the unique Avalon sauna to participate in the Elaisa Live Music Aufguss Cup with captivating live jam sessions.
This unique competition is all about the intuitive collaboration between musicians and Aufguss masters. Live improvised music, inspired by various world cultures, forms the basis of the contestants’ performances. Each champion chooses the style of music, vibes and instruments to which they intuitively connect their swing techniques. The result is an impressive performance full of feeling and emotion.
At Elaisa, the Aufguss sessions with live music become true works of art, bringing together diverse atmospheres and world music to create a deep connection with all your senses.
On the first day, solo and duo infusions will take place, with each participant showcasing his or her skills. These sessions will be judged by a professional international expert jury and are open to all.
On the second day, the 12 contestants compete in solos and duos, which are put together via a draw. The performances from both days will be combined, and the winners will be announced at the end of the day. Saturday’s sessions of 20 min each must be reserved in advance (€5.00/session or €40.00 for all 10 sessions, finals included)
Get ready for an unforgettable competition celebrating craftsmanship and the harmony between music and the art of Aufguss. Don’t miss it!
