Article 1. General<\/h2>\n

1.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Terms and conditions when visiting Elaisa Wellness, treatment and packages offered by Elaisa Wellness, with registered office in 3630 – Maasmechelen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The General Terms and Conditions are always freely available on our website or on first request at the reception of Elaisa Wellness.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If it is found that a provision of the General Terms and Conditions are fully or partially invalid, null and void or not enforceable, this does not have any consequences for the other clauses and provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

1.4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If Elaisa Wellness does not call on a provision in the General Terms and Conditions it cannot be interpreted as a waiver thereof in the future.<\/p>\n

1.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Upon accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the client commits to comply with the internal rules of Elaisa Wellness. The internal rules are available at the reception and on the website of Elaisa Wellness. If the client does not respect the internal rules, Elaisa Wellness may refuse the client entrance to Elaisa Wellness.
\nElaisa Wellness reserves the right to change the internal rules without prior notification.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Article 2. Reservations for treatments and\/or packages<\/h2>\n

2.1\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Reservation: A reservation for a treatment or package is only valid after making the appointment by phone or through the website, after receiving a confirmation e-mail from Elaisa Wellness and after registering a payment. The reservation of a treatment or package is only finally confirmed when a payment has been registered. This payment is the total amount of the treatment cost. This amount must be paid via online banking or bank transfer. If you only want to visit the sauna area without treatment or package, the same conditions apply.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.2\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Cancellation of a day or evening entrance, a reserved treatment and\/or package is only possible by phone or e-mail. In case of cancellation, the day – or evening ticket, the reserved treatment and\/or package will not be refunded but, subject to the following exceptions, will be transferred to a later date within the current year after the date of purchase of the day – or evening ticket, the reserved treatment and\/or package or, at the option of the customer, exchanged for a gift voucher with the corresponding value of the day – or evening ticket, the reserved treatment and\/or package with a validity of two years after the date of creation of the gift voucher.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation of a treatment and\/or package less than 48 hours prior to the planned treatment and\/or package, the client is obliged to pay the full amount of the treatment cost and the day or evening ticket, the reserved treatment and\/or package can under no circumstances be rebooked to a later date, nor can it be exchanged for a gift voucher.<\/p>\n

An exception will be made in case of illness, on condition that a doctor’s certificate is sent via e-mail.<\/p>\n

In case of late arrival at the appointment, the full rate of the treatment will be charged, but only the remaining time of the appointment will be used.<\/p>\n

A gift voucher from Elaisa Wellness is valid for two years from the date of issue and is not refundable under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.3\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Mandatory notification: when making a reservation, the client is required to communicate any allergies, illnesses or inconveniences.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.4\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Packages are a composite package and cannot be modified.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Non-compliance with the internal regulations will lead to the client being removed from Elaisa Wellness, after full payment and without any refund.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Article 3. Personal data\/Privacy<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The processing of data falls under the application of the Law of 8 December 1992 for the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data. The following parties must be considered as processor of data pursuant to the aforementioned act: Elaisa Wellness.<\/p>\n

3.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client expressly gives Elaisa Wellness permission to process his\/her personal information for the execution of the rights and obligations related to the reservation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the client expressly gives Elaisa Wellness permission to process his\/her information in an internal databank, to be able to perform market research, to inform the client about new products, facilities, services and information – and to run promotional campaigns by Elaisa Wellness.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The client has the right, at all times, to gain insight into his\/her personal information held by Elaisa Wellness, and has the right to change this free of charge. The client has the right to refuse – free of charge – that his\/her details are processed for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Changes to the client\u2019s personal details (change in address, change in bank account number, etc.) must be communicated in writing to the reception of Elaisa Wellness via email: info@elaisawellness.com. These changes are personal and may not be done on behalf of a third party.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Elaisa Wellness cannot be held responsible for any faults or errors included in the personal details of the client.<\/p>\n

3.7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Elaisa Wellness reserves the right to process the client\u2019s details and to use it, when necessary, for:<\/p>\n
