During the 2nd quarter, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elaisawellness.com\/en\/options\/treatments\/shirodhara\/\">Shirodhara treatment<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elaisawellness.com\/en\/options\/treatments\/energetic-water-experience\/\">Energetic Water <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elaisawellness.com\/en\/options\/treatments\/energetic-water-experience\/\">Experience<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elaisawellness.com\/en\/options\/treatments\/energetic-water-experience\/\">,<\/a> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elaisawellness.com\/en\/options\/treatments\/cranio-sacral-therapy\/\">cranio-sacral therapy<\/a> and the facials are possible.<\/li>\n<li>You know your body best. Therefore, first and foremost of all, listen to your body and feel what you can and cannot.<\/li>\n<li>It is best to choose saunas between 60 and 80 degrees. The temperature of our saunas can be found next to the information screens at the showers and at the entrance of each sauna.<\/li>\n<li>Take a seat on the lowest bench in the sauna to prevent your body from heating up too quickly and limit the duration to a maximum of 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>It is better to cool down slowly under a shower that is not too cold. You can even do this in the healthy open air, enjoying the breathtaking nature around you. It is best to avoid immersion baths, as the temperature varies too much.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy a nice hot bath in one of our heated baths or whirlpools with soft and odourless water, which is a blessing for your body. Limit this to a maximum of 10 minutes and cool down slowly afterwards. From week 32 it is better to avoid this, as your cervix is then slowly preparing for the delivery and bacteria can more easily force their way in.<\/li>\n<li>Infrared cabins are not recommended during your pregnancy because of the radiation. Rather treat yourself with one of our beneficial skincare treatments, where we only use 100% natural products that are absolutely not harmful to you and your child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TIP<\/strong>: Always communicate in advance with the receptionist and the practitioner that you are pregnant.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Listen to your body and rest regularly and take an afternoon nap in our serene rest areas.<\/li>\n<li>Drink and eat enough. When you arrive, please go to the entrance on the left, where you can take the lift to reception.<br \/>\nIn the changing rooms, the changing area in the right-hand room is wheelchair accessible and has a shower and toilet.<br \/>\nThere is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet on each floor: one is located near the restaurant on the middle floor and another is located near the offices on the top floor.<br \/>\nUnfortunately, we do not have a waterproof wheelchair available.<\/p>\n<p><em>Please bear this in mind when planning your visit :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Elaisa shuttles are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.<\/li>\n<li>The main building has a lift in each wing, making it fully accessible and connecting it to the other areas at Elaisa.<\/li>\n<li>This makes the reception area, restaurant, changing rooms, three Chakra saunas, Rose Quartz sauna, Laconium and Steam Bath accessible.<\/li>\n<li>The Mineral Bath area is also accessible via reception. However, the bath itself has a narrow staircase with a handrail.<\/li>\n<li>The outdoor area is accessible via the lower floor of the main building.<\/li>\n<li>This includes the Avatar sauna, the walled swimming pool with wide steps, the regular swimming pool with wide steps, a sunbathing area, a sound ceremony room, relaxation lounges, and a meditation room.<\/li>\n<li>The Clay and Sunset saunas are located here too, but they are not accessible due to a long staircase.<\/li>\n<li>The annexe containing the Ceremony sauna is accessible, but there are three small steps leading to the sauna itself.<\/li>\n<li>The Crystal Shop is located in the same building, but it is not accessible as the only entrance is via a staircase with a landing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Do I need to visit the spa to book a treatment?&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1558428931374-2946a8c2-6e04&#8243;][vc_column_text]No, this is not necessary.
