Mörsurgur - the Quiet Moon Sauna Ritual

Rituals in the sauna

[vc_column_text el_id=”7-8oktober”]As winter envelops the earth in its cold calm, we invite you to celebrate Mörsurgur, the essence of Midwinter inspired by the Norse god Thorri. This season encourages gentle reflection, letting go, and renewal beneath the glow of the Quiet Moon.

Find comfort in the sauna’s warmth and reconnect with ancient forces that helped our ancestors endure long, dark nights. Through rituals of heat, steam, and silence, we journey through:

  • Stillness – Welcome the tranquility of midwinter and release inner and outer distractions.

  • Reflection – Let the steam cleanse your body and mind, opening space for thoughtful introspection.

  • Resilience – Draw upon winter’s steadfast calm, readying yourself for the return of light.

Please join us for this meaningful ritual, blending old myth, restorative warmth, and a shared exploration inward.

Experience the lasting warmth as it leads you through the peaceful magic of midwinter.

Three sauna masters from Nordic Health Living from Denmark will provide fragrance and heat diffusion in the sauna with their passion and herbal knowledge.
