Gormánuðr Full Moon Sauna Ritual

A Norse Mythology ritual in preparation for winter from ancestral wisdom

[vc_column_text el_id=”7-8oktober”]In ancient Nordic times, October was known as “Gormánuðr,” the slaughter month, when our ancestors prepared for the coming winter. It was a time for preparation, gathering, and purification—of both body and mind. Now, we invite you to step into this ancient tradition with a special sauna ritual that connects us with the cycles of nature and the wisdom of our forebears.

The ritual will focus on the end of autumn and the beginning of winter. Through the warmth of the sauna’s fire, we will cleanse and fortify ourselves for the darker months. There will be time for peace, reflection, and deep immersion, followed by a refreshing cool down in the open air and cold water.

A sensory experience that connects us with the wisdom of the past and the wellness of the present.

We look forward to sharing this special experience with you.

This mystical sauna ritual harnesses the cleansing, restorative forces of heat, aroma, and lunar luminescence – a truly holistic body-mind-spirit experience.

Come to the Gormánuðr Full Moon Sauna Ritual and experience the ultimate relaxation experience infused with the wisdom and traditions of Norse mythology. Book your tickets now and immerse yourself in the enchanting essence of ancestral wisdom.
