Rituals in the sauna

[vc_column_text el_id=”7-8oktober”]Lughnasadh — The First Harvest

Lughnasadh marks the first harvest—the moment when summer’s abundance begins to reveal what has truly ripened.

In Celtic myths, we honour the goddess Tailtiu, whose labour prepared the land to nourish those who came after her. Her story reminds us that abundance is never separate from effort, care and sacrifice.

The light is still generous, yet the season is turning.

We gather beneath the moon, entering heat, steam and aromatic scent to recognise what has grown, give thanks for what sustains us and release what we no longer need to carry.

This is more than a series of sauna sessions.

It is a shared journey from abundance to gratitude, from release to renewal—and into the season ahead.

Come to the Lughnasadh Full Moon Sauna Ritual and experience the ultimate relaxation experience infused with the wisdom and traditions of Norse mythology. Book your tickets now and immerse yourself in the enchanting essence of ancestral wisdom.
