Sólmánuður Full Moon Sauna Ritual

Rituals in the sauna – A Nordic Mythology celebration of Solar Month from ancestral wisdom

[vc_column_text el_id=”7-8oktober”]As the Norse month of Sólmánuður unfolds, we welcome you into the heart of summer’s embrace—where fire is high, the days are long, and life pulses at its fullest.

This is a time of celebration and ripening. The Earth hums with warmth, and the body responds—opening, softening, remembering its place in the great rhythm of light and life.

Join us for a guided sauna ritual that honors the radiant peak of the solar year. Through heat, breath, and presence, we shed what is no longer needed and root more deeply into joy, vitality, and connection.

As the sun leans toward the horizon, we will gather beneath the open sky for a fire ritual of renewal. With song, silence, and shared intention, we give thanks for what has grown—and offer our hearts to what is yet to come.

Whether you arrive to rejoice, to rest, or to remember your inner fire—this is your space to shine.

This is more than a sauna session—it’s a journey into the elemental, the celestial, and the sacred.

Let the fire cleanse you.

Let the moon guide you.

Let yourself emerge, transformed.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” gap=”20″][vc_column]
