Music Vibrations

[vc_column_text]in June, we invite you to experience the healing power of music and sound at Elaisa for yourself. The highlight of the month is the Summer Solstice Celebration.

Music connects us. It touches something deep within us, making emotions tangible and creating a shared experience. Sounds help you to get closer to yourself by tuning into your body, feelings and thoughts. Immerse yourself in live music and unique sound experiences spread throughout the Elaisa grounds. Feel the resonating tones within your body, the rhythms that energise you, and the subtle vibrations that, although inaudible, can be felt. Harmonious sounds and unconventional scales alike can bring the body to rest. Our energy centres, the chakras, respond to these vibrations: high tones stimulate the crown chakra, while low tones activate the root chakra. In this way, the seven energy points can be brought into balance — simply through the power of sound.

Every day at Elaisa, you can enjoy live music during the sauna aufgüsse and outside. We finish the day with our renowned ‘Energetic Live Music’ sauna session: an intense experience featuring live music and offering a sweeping view of the lake.[/vc_column_text]
