At our cryo-sauna, professionals are on hand to guide you so that you are ready for this icy adventure. You enter the first cryo-sauna at -60\u00b0C for one minute, followed by the second room where -120\u00b0C envelops you for two minutes. This cryotherapy session activates adaptive mechanisms, increases endorphin release and improves blood circulation, allowing you to experience a refreshing vitality.
